![]() ![]() The Scarecrow's brain injection thing- What? That grossed me out, especially when he said he would look forward to the nightly visits resuming. Jellia- The scene where she came back to Dorothy's party actually made me wtf out loud. The Wicked witches- The book did a great job of making me like but not fully trust the Wicked witches.Ħ. Probably would't have worked because she needed the heart, the brain, and Lion's courage but still.ĥ. After rescuing Maude, Astrid must cut off Maude's wings to give her freedom form Dorothy. Astrid has to go to the scarecrows lab to rescue her, and then take to Ollie to escape. Once in the her room when Dorothy changing clothes (but she had to slash the neck for some reason) and again when they were on top of the tower before the Tin Woodsman showed up. Astrid must save Maude, a winged monkey and sister to Ollie, for the scarecrow. Also, she could've also stabbed Dorothy twice. The first time she looked in the Solarium room, burning her uniform, and following Star. Amy screwed up A LOT of times- This made me furious. ![]() I hadn't read the books so it didn't really stand out to me. I was trying to find out who he was by googling Wizard of Oz characters and seeing which one wasn't there, and I got Tip. ![]() Pete- In hindsight, anyone who actually read the Wizard of Oz books could've seen this coming. Ollie- He's an educated monkey and I love himĤ. Insta-love- It's not as bad as everyone said it was. Some of the training scenes were dull though.Ģ. There's no way around this one, it was very slow in the middle-ish- The beginning was okay paced but the middle slowed down considerably. Let's just focus on the contents of the book.ġ. ![]()

I’m not versed in microbiology or in anthropology, so I wondered if I would get anything out of reading this book. But detecting these molecules in fossilized bones really piqued my interest, so I read the book. ![]() I am amazed that anybody can detect its presence in living tissue, but if scientists say so, I’m sure they can. DNA is composed of microscopic minute chemical molecules embedded in soft, high-moisture tissue. Other than curiosity, I never followed these two discoveries until 2014, when I read Neanderthal Man: In Search of Lost Genomes announcing the discovery of the Neanderthal genome in 2010. I was amazed when the double helix structure of DNA was discovered in 1953 and astounded when the human genome was mapped in 2003. I have always been interested in animals and anthropology. ![]() ![]() ![]() You can’t crouch, let alone crouch and fire, but many of the enemies are shin-high.
